We are working toward extending the Dual-Bootstrap to deformable registration,
especially for longitudinal change detection in lung CT volumes. We had some very
preliminary work in this area reported at MICCAI 2004, but have recently obtained
funding to restart. Our initial goal is understanding the theoretical underpinnings of
the Dual-Bootstrap algorithm as the basis for generalization.
